Decision on Taking Business in Private

The Convener (Iain Gray)

Okay, colleagues, let us make a start to our sixth meeting of 2013. I welcome committee members and anybody else who is here. I ask everybody to ensure that their phones are switched off—he said, not having done so himself. No apologies have been received for this morning’s meeting.

Our first item is a decision on whether to take consideration of our draft report on the Auditor General for Scotland’s report “Management of patients on NHS waiting lists” in private today under item 2 and at any future meetings at which we consider it further. Is the committee agreed?

Members indicated agreement.

In that case, we move into private.

09:32 Meeting continued in private until 12:08.
