Decision on Taking Business in Private

I welcome everyone to the 11th meeting in 2010 of the Public Audit Committee. I remind members and others to ensure that all electronic devices are switched off so that there is no interference with the recording equipment. Anne McLaughlin has sent her apologies, as she will be slightly late. I also welcome Audit Scotland staff and members of the public to the meeting.

The first item on our agenda is a decision on taking business in private. Do members agree to take items 5 and 6 in private?
