Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good morning. I welcome members of the public and press and Audit Scotland staff to the 16th meeting of the Public Audit Committee in 2009. I remind everyone present that all electronic devices should be switched off so as not to interfere with the recording for the Official Report.

This morning, we have received apologies from George Foulkes. I welcome James Kelly, who is here as a substitute in his place. We have also received apologies from Cathie Craigie.
