Good afternoon. I welcome members to the 11th meeting this year of the Local Government and Transport Committee. We have received apologies from Michael McMahon and Andrew Welsh.

The one item to be considered before the evidence-taking session is whether we agree to take item 3 on the agenda—consideration of the contents of our committee report on the budget process 2005-06—in private. Is that agreed?

Members indicated agreement.

We also seek the agreement of the committee that any subsequent discussions on the report, prior to its publication, be taken in private. Is that agreed?
