I welcome members of the committee and members of the public and press. The first item on the agenda is to consider whether to take items 4 and 5 in private. Item 4 is consideration of the committee's draft annual report and item 5 is consideration of an approach paper on a proposed inquiry into the Transport (Scotland) Act 2001. Do members agree to take items 4 and 5 in private?
