The first item on the agenda for today's meeting is consideration of the Local Government Pension Scheme (Management and Investment of Funds) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2004 (SSI 2004/134). No members have lodged motions to annul the regulations and no points have been raised about them. Do we agree that the committee has nothing to report with regard to the regulations?

Members indicated agreement.
