Under our first agenda item, I ask members to agree to take in private item 4, which is consideration of the content of our stage 1 report on the Transport and Works (Scotland) Bill. It is normal practice for the committee to discuss draft reports in private. Do we agree so to do?

I intimate that we have received apologies from Tommy Sheridan, who will not be at today's meeting.
