The main item on our agenda today is the budget process for 2006-07, but before we welcome the minister and his team we have one other item to deal with. I ask members to agree that agenda item 3, on our draft report on the budget process for 2006-07, be considered in private today and that any future consideration of the draft report prior to publication also be conducted in private. Is that agreed?
