Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good morning and welcome to the 27th meeting in 2013 of the Local Government and Regeneration Committee. I ask everyone to ensure that they have switched off mobile phones and other electronic equipment.

Our first item of business is to decide whether to take in private item 5, which is our discussion on the Convention of Scottish Local Authorities commission on strengthening local democracy in Scotland. Are members agreed?
