Good morning and welcome to the 20th meeting in 2015 of the Local Government and Regeneration Committee. I hope that everyone had a good summer break. Agenda item 1 is consideration of whether to take in private agenda items 3 and 4, which relate to the Footway Parking and Double Parking (Scotland) Bill and the committee’s approach to its inquiry into arm’s-length external organisations. Are members content to take agenda items 3 and 4 in private?
