Decisions on Taking Business in Private

Thank you. I take this opportunity to remind members that they previously agreed to take item 2, which is consideration of a draft report on the local government finance inquiry, in private.

Good morning and welcome to the first meeting of the Local Government and Communities Committee in 2010. As I usually do at this point, I remind members and the public to turn off all mobile phones and BlackBerrys.

The first item on our agenda is to consider taking items 3 and 4 in private at today’s meeting. Do I have members’ agreement to take item 3 and future consideration of a draft stage 1 report on the Control of Dogs (Scotland) Bill in private?
