Decision on Taking Business in Private

The Convener (Duncan McNeil):

Good morning, and welcome to the 29th meeting of the Local Government and Communities Committee in 2009. I remind committee members and members of the public to turn off all mobile phones and BlackBerrys.

Agenda item 1 is to consider taking in private agenda item 4, which is consideration of the main themes arising from oral evidence on the Home Owner and Debtor Protection (Scotland) Bill. Do members agree to take item 4 in private?
