Decision on Taking Business in Private

Item 4 is a decision on taking future business in private. Do members agree to take all consideration of draft reports on the Scottish Government's budget proposals for 2009-10 and on the Disabled Persons' Parking Places (Scotland) Bill at stage 1 in private at future meetings? That is the normal practice for handling draft reports.
