Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen, and welcome to all who are attending the meeting. In particular I welcome Paul Martin, who is using his right as a member of the Parliament to attend any public meeting of any parliamentary committee. I understand his particular interest in some of the work that we will do today. We have received no apologies and I am glad to see that all committee members are here.
