Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. We will make a start.

The committee will notice that the Leasehold Casualties (Scotland) Bill is being debated at stage 3 tomorrow. No amendments have been lodged.

The first item on the agenda is to consider whether we should take items 2 and 3 in private, as item 2 is consideration of a draft report and item 3 is a matter of future timetabling of the committee's work load. Are there any comments on that proposal?

I thought that item 3 was the budget process.

No, it is not the budget process; it is consideration of how we will tackle the budget process. We will not actually look at the budget.

I see. Will we look at all the individual items that we would like to examine in the budget? What will we do in that item?

We will consider how to handle the budget now that there are two justice committees.

Okay. I am sure that that will be really exciting.

I do not anticipate that it will be a long discussion.

Are we agreed to take items 2 and 3 in private?

Members indicated agreement.
