Good morning and welcome to the fourth meeting of the Justice Committee in 2014. I ask everyone to switch off mobile phones and other electronic devices completely as they interfere with the broadcasting system even when they are switched to silent. No apologies have been received.
Members will also recall that last week we agreed to consider our draft report on the Criminal Justice (Scotland) Bill in private, so that decision has already been taken care of.
