Criminal Justice and Licensing (Scotland) Act 2010 (Commencement No 9, Transitional and Savings Provisions) Order 2011 (SSI 2011/354)

Item 2 is consideration of two statutory instruments that are not subject to parliamentary procedure.

The Subordinate Legislation Committee has drawn the Parliament’s attention to the first instrument on the basis that the reference to “offences” could have been clearer. If there are no comments from members, are we content to note the concerns raised by the Subordinate Legislation Committee?
