Item 1 is a decision on taking items 3, 4 and 5 in private. Item 3 is consideration of a draft report on our scrutiny of the Scottish Government’s draft budget; item 4 is consideration of a draft stage 1 report on the Abusive Behaviour and Sexual Harm (Scotland) Bill; and item 5 is consideration of our work programme.
