Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good morning ladies and gentlemen. I remind everyone that all mobile phones should be switched off.

Item 1 is to ask the committee to agree that item 4, on whether to accept supplementary written evidence relating to the Damages (Asbestos-related Conditions) (Scotland) Bill, and future consideration of the draft report on the Scottish Government's budget proposals be taken in private. Is that agreed?
