Good morning. I welcome everyone to the third meeting in 2016 of the Infrastructure and Capital Investment Committee. Agenda item 1 is a decision on taking business in private. Do members agree to take item 5 and any future consideration of evidence in the committee’s inquiry into the circumstances surrounding the closure of the Forth road bridge in private?
