Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good morning and welcome to the 17th meeting in 2009 of the Health and Sport Committee. I remind members, witnesses and the public to switch off their mobile phones and other electronic equipment. We have received apologies from Michael Matheson.

Agenda item 1 is a decision on whether to take item 4 in private. Item 4 is consideration of the committee's approach to its stage 2 scrutiny of the Scottish Government's draft budget for 2010-11. Do members agree to take item 4 in private?
