Item 4 is our inquiry into the clinical portal programme and the Scottish centre for telehealth. I refer members to paper 3, which sets out options for our consideration. I invite comments.
I recommend option (ii) on the clerkâs paper. Telehealth and clinical portals are subjects that we should not lose sight of. We made some very critical comments in our report, and I would welcome a debate and an update. The centre for telehealth is, as of this year, merged with NHS 24, and a debate on that in the autumn would be very helpful.
