Good morning, and welcome to the second meeting of the Health and Sport Committee in 2015. I ask everyone in the room to switch off mobile phones, because they sometimes interfere with the sound system. I have received apologies from Richard Lyle. I welcome back Graeme Dey as a Scottish National Party substitute. I have also received apologies from Richard Simpson, who unavoidably cannot be here this morning. Patrick Harvie joins us for agenda item 3 and I welcome him.
The first item on the agenda today is a decision on taking an item in private. I invite the committee to agree to take in private item 5, which is consideration of our work programme, which we would normally take in private. Is the committee agreed on that?
