Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good morning. I welcome everyone to the fifth meeting of the Health and Sport Committee in 2013. As usual, I remind those present to switch off all mobile phones, BlackBerrys and other wireless devices, as they often interfere with our sound system.

Agenda item 1 is a decision on whether to take in private item 3, which is our work programme and consideration of an approach paper. We usually take such items in private. Can I have the committee’s agreement to take item 3 in private?
