Item 1 on the agenda is to decide whether the committee is content to take in private item 4, which is selection of an adviser and witnesses for scrutiny of the Public Health etc (Scotland) Bill, and item 5, which is on the draft budget report. It is standard practice to do that. Are members agreed?
