Good morning and welcome to the 22nd meeting in 2014 of the Health and Sport Committee.
As members know, our planned session on the Commonwealth games has unfortunately had to be cancelled, because David Grevemberg, the chief executive of Glasgow 2014 Ltd, could not be here—that was unavoidable, as he has had to fly back to the United States for family reasons. We have had to reschedule, and we hope to see David later in the year. We send him our best wishes during his family crisis.
Item 1 is a decision on whether to take items 2 and 3 in private. Item 2 is our work programme and specifically the approach to our health inequalities early years inquiry. Item 3 is the draft stage 1 report on the Food (Scotland) Bill. Do members agree to take the items in private?
