Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good morning and welcome to the 19th meeting in 2013 of the Health and Sport Committee. As usual at this point, I remind those present to switch off all mobile phones and BlackBerrys as they can interfere with the sound system. People in the public gallery might notice that some members and officials are using iPads instead of hard copies of the committee papers.

Agenda item 1 is a decision on taking item 4, which is consideration of a draft report on access to new medicines, in private. We would usually take such items in private. Do members agree to take item 4 in private?
