Under item 2, members are invited to agree to delegate to me the onerous responsibility for arranging for the Scottish Parliamentary Corporate Body to pay, under rule 12.4.3 of standing orders, the expenses of witnesses who give evidence on the Health (Tobacco, Nicotine etc and Care) (Scotland) Bill. Does the committee agree to do that?
