Good morning and welcome to the Health and Sport Committee’s 22nd meeting in 2015. As I usually do at this point, I ask everyone in the room to switch off mobile phones, as they can often interfere with the sound system. Agenda item 1 is a decision on whether to take consideration of a draft stage 1 report on the Carers (Scotland) Bill in private at item 7 in this meeting and at future meetings. The committee is also invited to agree to take consideration of a draft report on national health service boards budget scrutiny in private at future meetings. Does the committee agree to do that?
