Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good afternoon and welcome to the 21st meeting in 2009 of the Health and Sport Committee. I remind members to switch off their mobile phones and other electronic equipment. Apologies have been received from Ross Finnie and Michael Matheson. Jamie Stone may attend the meeting later as a substitute.

Our first item of business is to decide whether to take in private agenda item 3, which is consideration of our approach to scrutiny of the 2010-11 budget process. It would be usual to do so. Are we agreed?
