Good morning, everybody. Welcome to this morning's meeting. Does the committee agree to take agenda items 4, 5 and 6 in private? Item 4 is on the appointment of an adviser on mental health legislation, so we may discuss individuals. Item 5 is on a draft report on organ donation for transplantation. Item 6 is consideration of last week's parliamentary debate on hepatitis C and of possible action. Members will recall that the Executive accepted that we should have some input into the remit of the expert group. Individuals may be mentioned in that discussion. Is it agreed that we take those items in private?
