Items in Private
Good morning. Item 1 on the agenda is to consider whether to discuss in private items 2, 3, 4 and 5.
Item 3 is a draft stage 1 report on the Community Care and Health (Scotland) Bill and item 5 is consideration of the committee's draft forward work programme. It is normal practice to discuss draft reports in private.
Item 4 is on the terms of reference for an adviser on organ donation for transplantation and item 2 is on the appointment of a chairperson to the Health Education Board for Scotland. We might discuss individuals, so it would be best that we discuss those items in private.
