The Deputy Minister for Community Care is here to move a motion on amnesic shellfish poisoning, which we have dealt with in the past.

I feel that I should have a running joke for these occasions—probably something to do with common concern or mutual interest. I appreciate that you still have other business to discuss, so I will not waste time on that.

I move,

That the Health and Community Care Committee in consideration of the Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Amnesic Shellfish Poisoning) (West Coast) (No 4) (Scotland) Order 1999 (SSI 1999/143) recommend that the order be approved.
