For agenda item 2, we have six Scottish statutory instruments to consider under the negative procedure. The Subordinate Legislation Committee had no comments on SSI 2003/413, SSI 2003/419 and SSI 2003/425, but it had comments on SSI 2003/414, SSI 2003/418 and SSI 2003/422.
