Item 2 is consideration of a negative instrument. Although the Subordinate Legislation Committee has drawn our attention to defective drafting in the regulations, it also notes that the Scottish Government has committed to correct the errors by the end of the year. Are members content, therefore, to make no recommendation on the regulations?
