Agenda item 2 is the choice of a deputy convener. The Parliament has agreed that members of the Scottish National Party are eligible for nomination as deputy convener of the committee. I seek nominations.
In the spirit of cross-party co-operation and in the absence of Mr Mather, I nominate Mr Morgan as deputy convener.
