Under agenda item 4, we are asked to agree to consider in private our accountability and governance inquiry draft report at our next meeting in September and at any subsequent meetings, as required. We are also asked to decide whether our draft report on the financial memorandum for the Adult Support and Protection (Scotland) Bill should be considered in private at our next meeting.
