The fourth item on our agenda is to decide whether to take in private at next week's meeting our draft report on the Criminal Proceedings etc (Reform) (Scotland) Bill and a paper from Arthur Midwinter on the best-value element of the Executive's management of public finances, which would inform future questioning of the Minister for Finance and Public Service Reform. Are members agreed?
Agenda item 5 is an opportunity for us to discuss witnesses from whom we might hear on our accountability and governance inquiry. We have already agreed that we would take that item in private.
