I open the 18th meeting of the Finance Committee this year. I ask the committee and members of the public to switch off their mobile phones and pagers. We have received apologies from Alasdair Morgan and Jamie Stone. We are still waiting for Brian Adam, who might be on the train that gets into Edinburgh at 10.30.
