Local Electoral Administration and Registration Services (Scotland) Bill

The fourth item is to consider what level of scrutiny to apply to the Local Electoral Administration and Registration Services (Scotland) Bill. The clerk's note suggests that we adopt level 1 scrutiny, which is issuing our standard questionnaire. In this instance, we would include a couple of additional questions and forward any submissions to the Local Government and Transport Committee. Do members agree to that level of scrutiny?
