Item 4 is consideration of our approach to scrutiny of the financial memorandum to the Children’s Hearings (Scotland) Bill. The paper from the clerk suggests that we may want to adopt level 2 scrutiny for the financial memorandum and seek written evidence from all local authorities and the Scottish Children’s Reporter Administration before taking oral evidence from the bill team.
