Item 3 is consideration of our approach to scrutiny of the financial memorandum to the End of Life Assistance (Scotland) Bill. The paper from the clerk suggests that we may want to adopt level 1 scrutiny for the financial memorandum and provides us with a list of affected bodies from which we may want to seek written evidence.
