Interests

I crave the indulgence of members and ask the committee to return to agenda item 1, so that Gordon Jackson may declare any relevant interests. This is the first time he has attended the committee as a substitute.

I am sorry that I was a few minutes late; I hit the horrendous Edinburgh traffic. I have no interests that I can think of that are relevant for this committee.
