The second item on our agenda is to decide what level of scrutiny to apply to the Adoption and Children (Scotland) Bill. As members can see from the paper from the clerk, it is suggested that we adopt level 2 scrutiny, which will involve our taking written evidence from COSLA, the Scottish Legal Aid Board, the Fostering Network and adoption agencies, as well as our taking oral evidence from the Executive. Do members agree to that approach?
