Item 6 is to consider our approach to scrutiny of the financial memorandum to the Crofting Reform (Scotland) Bill. The paper from the clerks suggests that we adopt level 2 scrutiny for the FM, and it provides a list of affected bodies from which we may wish to seek written evidence.
