Item 5 is consideration of our approach to scrutiny of the financial memorandum on the Historic Environment (Amendment) (Scotland) Bill. The paper from the clerk suggests that we might wish to adopt level 1 scrutiny and provides a list of affected bodies from which we might wish to seek written evidence.
