Agenda item 3 relates to the Scottish Parliamentary Standards Commissioner Bill. On reading it, I thought that it seemed remarkably overelaborate for what should be a simple set of principles. However, the Finance Committee is interested in the financial memorandum, which does not seem to be contentious. If members have no comments, do we agree to accept the contents of the financial memorandum?
