The fifth item on today's agenda is to decide whether to take in private at our next meeting items on the draft report on the Emergency Workers (Scotland) Bill and on an issues paper on the committee's inquiry into relocation. Do members agree to take those items in private?
Agenda items 6 and 7 are consideration of draft reports on the School Education (Ministerial Powers and Independent Schools) (Scotland) Bill and the Breastfeeding etc (Scotland) Bill. As previously agreed, they will be taken in private.
