Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good afternoon and welcome to the 16th meeting of the Finance Committee in 2008. I ask everyone present to turn off their mobile phones and pagers, because they interfere with the broadcasting system. We have received apologies from Tom McCabe.

The first item on today's agenda is to decide whether to take item 6 in private. Item 6 is consideration of how to proceed with our inquiry into the funding of capital investment projects. I propose that we take the item in private. Do members agree?
