Members have in their papers the Scottish Government’s response to our report on the budget strategy phase. I remind the committee that we have the Cabinet Secretary for Finance and Sustainable Growth in front of us next week to give evidence on the independent budget review, and it would be appropriate to raise issues around the response then.
